Opulent Cabins was created in 2015 when Craig Simonds saw a growing demand for detached secondary dwellings in the building industry. His expert team has over 20 years of experience in providing housing solutions to the Western Australian mining market. They have supplied and constructed over 1500 units around North and South-West WA, as well as many residential solutions in and around Perth.
In today’s market, there is a growing trend to utilise the land a family owns as an entry point into the residential housing market for the next generation. Our functional designs are the perfect solution for any growing family to gain extra office space, a pool room, alfresco sitting room, or even a rental property in their own backyard.
